Hi, I’m Paul! I’m a Chartered Accountant, Certified Business Coach, and member of the Institute of Leadership with more than 30 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of SMEs and finance departments, managing more than £2.5bn in transactions and supporting organisations ranging from £100k to £600m in revenue.

With over 30 years of experience in understanding what makes people tick, I work with my husband, Paul, at Kingsmith to provide businesses with practical strategies that blend financial know-how with a people-focused approach.
I’m also proud to lead initiatives for family businesses and women’s leadership as President and CEO of the Dunbartonshire Chamber of Commerce and as a Scottish Chamber of Commerce Board Director.
